I’ve spent over 34 years in the real estate industry, most of that time as a broker. So real estate isn’t new to me—I’ve been on the front lines of transactions for decades.

What makes me different is simple: I think like a broker and a lender.

For Realtors, that means I understand contracts, timelines, negotiations, and how to keep deals moving when things get tight. I also know what you need from a lender to protect your client and your reputation.

For buyers, it means clarity. I explain the process in a way that actually makes sense, set realistic expectations, and help you feel confident from application to closing.

My focus is fewer surprises, stronger approvals, and smooth closings—for everyone involved. I graduated from the University of Georgia and I am now an empty nester after raising 4 boys. I enjoy traveling, gardening, home design and being  with friends enjoying all that North Georgia has to offer.
